Waterford

Cycling through Kikenny gives one the chance to visit some of Irelands most picturesque villages. It's an area of hills and valleys. Duiske Abbey in Graignamagh is a fully restored Cisterian Abbey. Wexford

The coast line of Wexford makes for wonderful biking. From the short ferry crossing of Waterford harbour in Passage East to Ballyhack in Co. Wexford. A detour to Hook Head Lighthouse which sits at the Hook Head peninsula and is one of the oldest operational lighthouses in the world is well worth the visit.
